  • Abstract
    The Au, Ag, and Al-SiO2-GaSb film sandwiched structure were modeling in the software of FDTD Solutions. The optical properties of this structure were investigated by FDTD method, and the simulation results give transmission, reflection, and absorption spectra for this structure. Compare the absorption spectra among the Au, Ag, and Al nanodisc array samples, we found that the surface plasmon resonance is related to the metal species.
