Abstract
For critical process and technical difficulties on soldering process of the tube body, by the theoretical knowledge of soldering of electricity vacuum device, based on the the unique structure of Low-Light-Level image intensifier(referred to as the LLL tube), experiments of soldering of ceramic and kovar alloy were carried out, the effect of soldering temperature, holding time and other parameters on soldering results was researched. Through observing the microstructure of ceramic and kovar alloy soldering interface and analyzing the distribution of the elements at the different soldering temperature and different holding time, the best soldering process parameters were determined, which eventually provide the theoretical basis for the soldering of the LLL tube body.
