The application of energy dielectronics methods: for calculation of breakdown voltages for different types of applied voltages- and breakdown conditions has to be based on the choice of such phase transitions of solid dielectrics and! its thermodynamic description which: reflect in each specific case the real processes observed, in the discharge gap under breakdown. The search of universal energy characteristic suitable for all cases of breakdown does not appear to be promising.
