Abstract
This paper addresses three key questions associated with the relationship of intangible assets to tangible resources and tangible outcomes: (1) why is it important to measure the impact of intangible assets on tangible resources and tangible outcomes?; (2) how can an organization measure the impact of intangible assets on tangible resources and tangible outcomes?; and (3) how can an organization manage intangible assets more effectively and efficiently to produce superior outcomes?
