  • Abstract
    This paper is to extend the applications of TDRSS and provide a new thread for the survey ship acquire the position. An algorithm of the shipborne TDRSS/SINS integrated navigation is proposed by using one-way Doppler autonomous navigation of TDRSS. The observation equation with the Doppler data received from TDRSS is deduced. The SINS state equation is deduced, then the algorithm of integrated navigation is proposed by using Kalman filter theory. The accuracy of the algorithm is analysed in the end. The result shows that the high accuracy algorithm of TDRSS/SINS integrated navigation can be deduced while the accuracy depends on the numbers of satellites that can be observed and the constellation; still it can be used as an emergency plan to substitute the GPS.
