Energy consumption reduction in urban areas from facilities level to upper scale level of neighbourhood and cities: A valudation approach of Energy Consumption in urban areas applied to districts and neighbourhood developed in the Odysseus Project

Decision making support and strategic decisions (at tactical and operational levels) are key concepts in the energy consumption and reduption in urban areas in the Energy Efficiency domain. This management requires a complete and right information picture of the area in terms of what (we call) e-Nodes and their energy interactions. Moving from this basis, a complete methodology is however required to move from facility level to a district and neighbourhood vision.
