Abstract
This paper reports the production and luminescence analysis of Eu/sup 3+/:GdOBr phosphor. Under an UV source, this phosphor has displayed an intense red emission (/sup 5/D/sub 0//spl rarr//sup 7/F/sub 2/) and its color richness has been evaluated (x=0.66, y=0.34, CIE-1931).
