  • Abstract
    Ce:YIG thin films with different compositions of CeY/sub 2/Fe/sub 5/O/sub 12/ (Ce:YIG), CeY/sub 2/Fe/sub 4.25/Ga/sub 0.75/O/sub 12/ and CeGd/sub 0.4/Y/sub 1.6/Fe/sub 5/O/sub 12/ were deposited on GGG [111] substrates by pulsed-laser deposition (PLD) method under various deposition condition. The characters of films are reported.
