  • Abstract
Inspired by the distributed multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar, the signal model of distributed airborne MIMO radar is established in this paper, and the joint probability density functions under two hypothesises are given, the centralized, distributed and traditional detectors are derived. The simulation results show that the centralized detector has the best performance relative to joint processing; the distributed detector performs a little worse than the centralized detector because the distributed detector does not process all received signal jointly; the traditional detector performs worst since using the hard decision.
