Abstract
Solventless, 100% reactive Radiation Curable Coatings (RCCls) are materials that can be cured rapidly by radiation [e.g., Ultraviolet Light (UV) or Electron Beam (EB)] to highly crosslinked, tough, flexible films. They can be coated and cured on either bare or insulated wire for use in magnet wire, non-magnet wire, and cable applications. New Radiation Curable Coatings for various wire applications will be discussed.
