Multiple Person Decision Making with Heterogeneous Criteria Structure

In order to solve the multi-person decision making problems with heterogeneous criteria structure, a method is proposed. By means of fuzzy operations, linguistic evaluation with different cardinalities are converted into the fuzzy sets of basic linguistic evaluation set. In the meantime, by setting up an optimal model, the weights of experts are determined and then the overall values of alternatives are calculated for ranking them. An example is used to illustrate the proposed method.
