Abstract
To resolve problems of knowledge resources sharing and utilization during network public opinion crisis management in Chinese government, based on requirements analysis, knowledge service procedure were introduced and the framework of knowledge service for government were constructed for government decision maker to easily get knowledge. The study can provide some inspiration for how to improve government´s Knowledge Service.
