Abstract
The application of mathematical model based on statistics is widely used in many fields, especially in evaluation subject. On wine quality evaluation, it requires in-depth analysis of the physical-chemical indicators about wine grapes and wine. In this paper, we established the models of fitting, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Q cluster analysis and the optimized method of principal component analysis to explain the relationship between grape and grape wine as well as the physical-chemical indicators and the quality evaluation. Our results suggest that the models provide an effective way to the analysis, prediction and differentiation of grape wine quality. Furthermore, we show that there exits many factors affect the quality of grape wine, our statistics models provide superior performance for grape wine analysis.
