Abstract
In this paper, we present the measurement principle of the microcalorimeters which are served as primary national standards of microwave and millimeter power of China. Thermistor mounts are served as transfer standards which are calibrated in microcalorimeters. We exposed the effects of the temperature fluctuation on the measurement of microcalorimeters and we proposed a method with Average Temperature Blocks (ATBs) to eliminate the effects. In addition, we found that the level of Relative Humidity could affect the measurement results, although the cause of the influence was not ensured.
