Abstract
The freezing of the off-equilibrium dynamic process has been investigated in a 9/65/35 PLZT ceramics. It was found that the aging process influences the temperature variations of both the static dielectric constant and the relaxation spectrum. Analysis of the dielectric susceptibility by a temperature-frequency plot has revealed the divergence of the longest relaxation time in the vicinity of 249 K.
