  • Abstract
    The universal procedure for general electron tube modeling as an active element in the RF high-power amplifier (RFHPA) is performed using the PSpice package. The corresponding coefficients of the high power amplifier model are derived. Using the model´s coefficients, simulation of one carrier mode regime (catalogue data) of the RFHPA in a typical radio transmitter is performed.
