  • Abstract
    Sets forth vehicle location and navigation technology, which is the key technology of ITS. It analyzes the method of improving the precision of vehicle location and navigation in detail. Research on other projects of ITS can´t proceed without vehicle location and navigation technology. The precise location is the premise to command and schedule vehicles. Our results can guarantee the safety of running vehicles and at the same time, improve transportation efficiency. Vehicle location and navigation technology plays an important role in realizing the intelligent transportation system, and thus has high research value.
