Abstract
Fuzzy clustering is one of the most important fuzzy techniques. This paper adopts a relational degree as similarity measurement between objects, and thus forms relational clustering which may find wide applications in social systems and economic systems. At the same time, this paper presents a kind of recomposed fuzzy clustering which can be used to execute the task of partitioning and evaluation for a lot of objects in many systems effectively.
