Abstract
In this paper, we present a CDMA correlator design using asynchronous handshake circuits. Compared to the traditional synchronous design, the asynchronous design has the advantage of low energy consumption and low electro-magnetic interference. In our design, all the handshake components are implemented using a standard 0.35 μm cell library. This design compares favorably to the synchronous design.
