Abstract
There are large quantities of contracts in the power market. Therefore, there are lots of negotiation actions under such market conditions. This paper examines the bargaining procedure in detail, based on the Rubinstein-Stahl bargain model, analyzes the different bargaining strategy of both sides and puts forward a risk evaluation method to select potential adversarial negotiant amongst many players. The method is practical and the strategies suggested here are useful for power market members.
