Abstract
This paper introduces elements and functions of the intelligent distributed local control unit (SJ-600), and expatiates its main characteristics-Field Bus CAN, local control unit (LCU) with Ethernet, 32-bit intelligent I/O modules, real-time multitasking operating system, convenient configuration tools, advanced framework design and manufacturing technology, and so on.
