  • Abstract
    Inductive molecules may provide exciting new therapeutic approaches in a variety of clinical applications. However, appropriate delivery approaches and vehicles are typically lacking for these macromolecular drugs. Poly (lactide-co-glycolide) scaffolds capable of the sustained and localized delivery of single plasmid DNA molecules or proteins, or sequential delivery of multiple factors, have been developed that may greatly enhance the utility of these drugs.
