Abstract
From a practical perspective, Electromagnetic Interference can indirectly impact work performance of the users of computer Video Display Terminals (VDT). Random variations in screen text or graphic images are typical results of EMI. The human visual system exhibits a physiological response to the display distortion. This paper examines effects of EMI on display terminals with actual case studies, and the human visual response known as Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS).
