Abstract
The authors have been trying to investigate an environmental robot system (named robotic room) to realize a machine system to offer support for humans living inside his or her activities in the form of environment. This paper firstly presents the concept of the robotic room, which is currently being studied in a laboratory at University of Tokyo. Secondly the paper describes an outlook of the expansion of the system along with actual examples that have been achieved. The future of the robotic room are also given.
