Abstract

The problem of Ukrainian terminology design in the field of social work that is new in Ukraine is investigated in the article. One of the constructive methods of this process is designing English-Ukrainian terminological dictionaries using terms translation as a resource for Ukrainian professional terminology design. Peculiarities and certain challenges connected with psychological, political, social, cultural and linguistic realities are being considered and analyzed.
