Abstract
This work aims to develop computer-aided diagnosis of dysplasia in Barrett´s esophagus using endoscopic optical coherence tomography. Current image processing methods include attenuation measurement and texture analysis. Preliminary results indicate encouraging differentiation of dysplastic from nondysplastic tissue.
