  • Abstract
    We demonstrate an all-optical XOR gate at 20-Gbit/s using FWM in an SOA, with RZ-DPSK modulated input signals. The scheme is inherently simple, robust, and free of pattern effect. It is feasible for ultrahigh-speed operation.
