Abstract
Owing to the uncertainty of the changes in commercial environment, the issue of sustainable development of enterprises in complex environment has won the concern of scholars. Although many scholars have analyzed core competence, innovation and the significance of the sustainable development of enterprises, the research on the premises of the sustainable development of enterprises has not been covered. This paper discusses the above-mentioned issues on the basis of organization habitual domains theory. First of all, research background on sustainable development of enterprises has been reviewed; secondly, basic theories on enterprise organization habitual domains (EOHD) have been introduced. Thirdly, The association analysis has been done on EOHD and the sustainable development of enterprises, and meanwhile the premises and obstruction on sustainable development of enterprises have been approached; Fourthly, basic ways of the sustainable development of enterprises have been studied. Finally, a conclusion is drawn.
