Abstract
A ringloaded horn has been designed and manufactured to cover a bandwidth of 8 to 18 GHz. The requirements were a peak gain of more than 15 dBi and a coaxial output. These requirements led to a design in which a ringloaded horn was followed by a dual ridged waveguide section with a coaxial output.
