Abstract
A delta-sigma modulator using a fully digital feedforward path is proposed. The new modulator retains the conventional input feedforward structure advantages and adds to them the elimination of the analog adder at the quantizer input and improved signal-to-noise ratio. The new modulator requires an extra quantizer and digital adders.
