Abstract
In this paper, a technique for preconditioner construction by means of the finite difference matrices is presented for solutions of both static and harmonic problems, in which the partial differential operators are converted into matrices under the finite difference discretization. The validity and the efficiency of the preconditioned algorithms are verified by some examples.
