Abstract
This article proposes a novel OFDM system that is based on PCC-OFDM and can reduce ICI and PAPR at the same time by using neural phase rotator. The proposed system does not use side information to transmit phase rotation factors. It is clarified from numerical experiments that the system can reduce PAPR of PCC-OFDM, and BER performance is improved drastically
