Abstract
The research has proved to us the importance of a leader to convey his leadership through communication, based on the human relationship with generating both the open collaborative and constructive authoritative dimensions. In order to execute these human relationship concept, determination is needed as a strategy more towards ensconcing the motivational level of each occupants of the organization. The inhabitants of these organization are not only sole embedded but do also needs a perfect balance between spiritually, physiology and psychology. In the aspect of psychology, the variables in a leadership communication organization are essential and needs to be given precision attention and believe by a charismatic leader
