  • Abstract
    This paper is concerned with the study of recurrence phenomena in nonlinear dispersive wave equations using numerical simulation. The generalized KdV-equation, ut+upux+epsiuxxx=0, is investigated. The numerical evidence presented here shows that even non-integrable equations exhibit recurrence phenomena.
