  • Abstract
    The diagnosis system of anode faults for aluminum reduction was investigated in this paper. On the basis of frequency spectrum analysis, a digital filter was designed for treatment of the sampling signals. The diagnosis system for the anode working state is developed by use of the fuzzy mathematics. This system includes four modules: the signal sampling and treatment, anode effect prediction module, anode default distinguishing and the database. For the prediction of anode effect, a new approach was put out, which is the fuzzy recognition by use of the combination of cell voltage with the anode equal-distant voltage. The anode faults were identified by use of the fuzzy relation equation. Experiments showed it is effective in the industrial aluminum production
