Abstract
THz cyclotron resonance measurements In wide AlP/GaP multi-quantum wells gives a cyclotron mass m*=0.52 m0 and Xxy-valley-symmetry for the ground state subband. In addition, twofold valley degeneracy is found from magneto-transport measurements.
