NR has established process for compliance with Regs through its "Network Rail Acceptance Panel", and delegated Systems Review Panels. . Network Rail policy to carry out Safet Verification of non-Interoperable projects using owvn staff (2nd Party approach) . More emphasis in NR on "end to end" safety assurance, and the duty of co-operation with others
