  • Abstract
    Firstly a rate adaptive communication technique is given in the paper. Taking example for HF communication, the designing strategies on frame structure are analyzed in detail from carrier synchronization, bit synchronization and frame synchronization. At last a burst frame structure is presented. The total duration of traffic data is 2 seconds.
