  • Abstract
    This paper was prepared within the limits of perspectives of creating of bursting radar technologies in context of new interdisciplinary scientific direction "Fractal Radio Electronics and Fractal Radio Physics", which was suggested and developed on the base of theory of fractals and deterministic chaos in IRE RAS. Prospects for the creation of fractal radio systems for various purposes are considered. The results of the analysis of the electromagnetic properties of Sierpinski fractal antennas which uses algorithms for the numerical solution of hypersingular integral equations are presented. The analysis is conducted for fractal antennas with different flare angles. Also antenna based on 6-th order Cayley fractal was investigated. It is shown that this calculation technique is applicable to a wide class of electromagnetic problems related to studies of fractal magnon crystals, fractal resonators, fractal screens, and other fractal frequency-selective surfaces and volumes required for implementation of the proposed fractal radio systems.
