  • Abstract
    In this paper, a design mode of expert system for insulation states on high voltage electric equipments is presented. The paper describes the blackboard structure and introduces it to expert system, which can help to make operation decisions for the related personals. This paper elaborates the work mechanism and implementation procedure of the expert system in detail, take the system being used by Kaifeng Bureau, Henan province, China for example. A management information system (MIS) is developed to manage the data of preventing tests on high voltage electric equipments. By using the data that provided by the MIS, the evaluating system can give the results of qualification judgments, curve fitting, trends analyzing, and chromatography analyzing of transformer oil. The usage of this system is advantageous for related personals to collect and analyze the information of test data for high voltage electric equipments, accurate decisions can be made out according to the information analysis results.
