  • Abstract
    The possibility of application of multilayer structure, consisted of alternate layers of dielectrics with different values of thickness and permittivity and nanolayers of metals with different values of thickness and conductivity, as a wideband waveguide matched load had been shown theoretically and proven experimentally.
