Abstract
In this paper, we desire to evaluate the operation performance of airport. Because the evaluation is consisted of various criteria, and most of criteria are measured imprecisely, the evaluation problem will be a fuzzy multi-criteria decision making (FMCDM) problem. We apply a FMCDM method called fuzzy TOPSIS to solve the problem. In fuzzy TOPSIS, the MAX and MIN operations of triangular fuzzy numbers is applied to find ideal solutions, and then the distance values of alternatives and extreme solutions can be merged into relative closeness coefficients. By these closeness coefficients, the ranking order of operation performance for several airports is derived easily and quickly.
