  • Abstract
This paper describes how have applied the design criteria of platform independence, stability, scalability, and an intuitionistic graphical user interface to develop the intuitionistic learning system (ILS). Results of user evaluations that have been conducted on both applications to study the impact of intuitionistic mapping inversion (IMI) on crime analysis. And analyze the intuitionistic decision results on distinguishing different trends of each criminal category and find rules relating patterns in a time series and space state to other patterns, for the purpose of specifying the instructions of police human resources planning. The resulting findings can facilitate the development of a useful decision-support tool for helping decision makers determine appropriate law enforcement strategies. The ILS application is currently being deployed at the Dalian Police Department and the ILS is undergoing further modifications. Future development efforts for intuitionistic decision project will also be discussed.
