The Application of Data Mining in Judicial Judgment

It is necessary to establish the database on case guiding system and effectively be applied, aiming at saving judicial resources, promoting judicial justice, and improving judicial efficiency. On the base of the background of putting forward the system, we analyze the meaning of the case guiding system and the necessity of setting up the database, and then combine the basic goal of the case guiding system, finally prove the functional demand of the information database on guiding cases. The article manages the overall design on setting up and its scientific management of the database, including the outline of the system, the composition of every subsystem, each function module, and the basic technical requirement of the information database and systematic operation characteristics.
