Abstract
For a long time, the lack of effective practices becomes a big obstacle to the management students´ integrated application of management knowledge, which is dispersed in many courses. Focus on this issue, we have successfully developed the decision-making simulation training platform. The platform is composed of modern enterprises´ operation decision-making simulation teaching software - the mass-competition decision experimental system and the human-computer decision experimental system. The platform which is based on modern management decisions theory, combining virtual simulation technology and importing the theory of optimizing decision provides for the teachers and students of a long-distance management practice. Students can creatively carry on the management practice attempt in a short time by utilizing the basic management theory. Though viewing the tentative data from the platform, teacher can grasp the basic situation of the students´ decision-making practice. The platform has satisfied the request which provide for the teachers and students of personalized and interactive network teaching service.
