A Kind of Large Group Decision Making Method on the Utility Value Preference Information of Decision Member

With respect to the problem of large group decision-making based on utility valued preference information, the paper puts forward the entropy weight method to appraise members´ information, to predigest calculates. Then the paper classifies members using cluster analysis with weights, to get members´ weights and concentrate members´ preference information. Finally, the paper uses degree of opinion reflection index to measure the degree of members´ opinion reflected by decision-making result, and compares it with threshold value that is established before decision-making. If the index is bigger than the threshold value, we can ratify decision- making result, contrarily we must amend avail vector of correlative member according to the degree of opinion difference index, and do decision-making again, until we get satisfying decision-making result.
