International comparison and analysis of listed companies- investor relations websites - taking listed banks for example

As a bridge between listed companies and their investors, the investor relations website can improve the efficiency of IRs management, reduce costs of financial public relations in an efficient manner, and therefore, attract more and more attention from Chinese listed companies. Construction of the IRs website in China has also made great progress, but some aspects still need to be perfected. Taking listed banks for example, this paper chooses several IRs websites of foreign and domestic banks as samples to make analysis and comparison, points out shortcomings of Chinese listed companies in construction of an IRs website, and makes suggestions for improvement.
