  • Abstract
    Along with the application of information technology in the manufacturing industry, enterprise’s business activities and management contained more and more knowledge; the knowledge has become the main method of value creation, so the product knowledge management system received rapid development. In current product knowledge management system, only static knowledge can be managed, and knowledge management processes and business processes were separated. In order to solve these problems, the author constructed a process-oriented product knowledge management system. The paper analyzed the relations between knowledge processes and business activities, and aimed at the integration of business processes and knowledge management; established knowledge distribution map, knowledge utilization map and the classification map, which were applied into the knowledge management activities and processes, they achieved the integration of person, process and knowledge, as well as the function of knowledge classification, inquiry, evaluation and pushes; Finally, proposed the model of process-oriented product knowledge management system. It can help to acquire, discover, and reuse knowledge.
