Abstract
This paper presents the analysis method of a capacitor-run signal-phase induction motor behavior by using circuit-coupled two-dimensional finite element method. In order to analyze the machines accuracy under rotating magnetic fields, the voltage source, run-capacitor and slide boundary are considered. The voltage coupled model included slip boundary and calculation method is presented, and the simulation result at the locked and rating operation is given, which verifies the reliability of this method.
