Abstract
This paper proposes an integrating method in target segmentation for practical video. It integrates the affine model and MVFAST into motion complement, integrates the frame difference, phase correlation and snake algorithm into target segmentation. This novel method can use more information from the video but not takes much computer time. Ultimately the practical application proves it as an automatic, efficient and fast algorithm.
